    Ronald C Anders, B.S., DVM, CVA

    Dr. Anders is a licensed veterinarian in Ohio, Indiana, Michigan, and New York. He has been in practice at County Animal Clinic since 1985. He graduated from The Ohio State University in 1978 with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Animal Science and a Doctor of Veterinary Medicine from The Ohio State University in 1982.  He practiced in a busy mixed animal practice in New York state for 3 years before establishing County Animal Clinic in March of 1985. In 2002, Dr Anders was certified by the International Veterinary  Acupuncture Society as a Certified Veterinary Acupuncturist and in 2003 as a Certified Veterinary Herbalist in Chinese Herbal Medicine.As a professional experienced in both large and small animal health, his patients include dairy cattle, beef cattle, swine, equine, dogs, cats, guinea pigs, hamsters, exotic birds, buffalo, and occasional snakes.

    He has a major interest in complimentary and alternative medicine, preventative medicine, behavioral medicine, nutrition, diagnostic services, surgery, internal medicine, reproduction, acupuncture, and rehabilitative medicine.He also does Obedience Training classes for beginners and advanced obedience.

    He is the father of a son, Christopher, and a daughter, Jennifer. He is the proud grandfather of a grandaughter Savannah and a grandson Evan Ronald. His wife Beverly owns Two By Two Childcare Center in Coldwater. He also has a Lhasa Alpso named Abbey and a Chow/Akita/SharPei named Suzi-Q and a cat named Scat

    Judy Roessner, Office Manager

    Judy is a lifetime resident of Coldwater, Ohio, graduating from Coldwater High School specializing in Business Education. She has attended several continuing education classes specializing in Office Management and Business Communication.  She is the Office Manager at County Animal Clinic. Judy started working at the clinic in March 2004.

    She lives with her husband Ron and has 3 children: Miranda, Kelly, and Jared. She has 5 Grandchildren: Ryan, Jenna, Jacob, Justin and Kingston.

     She owns a yellow Labrador Retriever named Casey, a cat named Molly, an American Eskimo named Babe and a Yorkshire Terrier named Laci Marie. She is also a "Pet Grandma" to 2 Shorkie's named Zoey and Jorja, a Golden Retriever named Bunker and 4 cats named Lilly, Tony, Chili and Jengo.

    Her hobbies include walking, bike riding and reading, and spending time with family.

    Beverly Anders , Practice Manager

    Beverly is the wife of Dr. Ronald Anders. She and Ron have one son, Chris, who lives in Dayton, Ohio and works at Air City. They have a daughter, Jenny, who is married to Shawn Moorman, and lives in the Chicago area. Jenny is employed at a Veterinary ER in Chicago. Beverly and Ron have 2 grandchildren, Savannah and Evan Moorman.

    Beverly graduated from Tri Village High School in New Madison, Ohio, where she and Ron met. She then went to Bluffton College for 2 years and then transferred to OSU and married Ron. Beverly graduated with a BS in Home Economics.

    Beverly has a Lhasa Alpso named Abbey who she rescued. She also has a Cockateil, named Birdie. Previously she has owned a pot belly pig, and also raised litters of English Springer Spaniels, Shelties and Minature Schnauzers.

    Beverly's special interest include photography, gardening, sewing and crocheting.. Her favorite pastime is taking care of her 2 grandchildren.

    Beverly states that she had always known that Ron wanted to be a veterinarian since they were both seniors in high school. Ron and Beverly had their 2 children before he graduated from vet school. Beverly has spent 24 years in child care management. She worked at the Auglaize/Mercer YMCA, then owned and operated 2 x 2 Child Care Center in Coldwater, Ohio. This location is the future site of County Animal Clinic. She has been very busy with plans and financing.

    Arliss Meinerding, Administrative Assistant

    Arliss has been with County Animal Clinic since September 2007.  She is the wife of  Mike Meinerding.  She has 4 children: Tonya, Andrew, Joshua and Matt.  She also has 3 grandchildren: Skylar, Alexx, and Sebastian.

    She graduated from St. Marys Memorial High School and  currently holds an Associates of Applied Science in Business Information with a Medical focus. She is currently working on her Bachelors' Degree in Technical Management with a focus on Health Information at Devry University.

    She has 4 dogs: A Terrier Mix named Dogger age 14, Skeeter and Pepper 6 yr. old Mountain Feists,  and Cinnamon 4 1/2 yr. old Boxer/Matiff Mix.

    Some of her special interests are: 4H Poultry Advisor & Mendon Blue Ribbon 4H Advisor,  Jr. Fairboard Advisor, Exhibits Poultry, Sewing, Reading, and Drawing.

    Carrie joined our staff in October 2011.

    Carrie is from Bryant Indiana. She is the daughter of John and Tina Minnich. She has one older brother, Matthew. Carrie also has one nephew and two nieces.

    Carrie graduated from Jay County High School in 2009. She currently holds an Associates Degree from Vet Tech Institute at International Business College in Fort Wayne, Indiana.

    Carrie is the owner of a Collie named Brady, a Newfoundland/Rotweiller/Boxer/Irish Setter/Westie mix named Sheeba. She also has 4 cats named Cinder, Molly, Chubby and Garfield. Carrie also has a Holland Lop rabbit named Ninja.

    Carrie's special interests and hobbies include being a huge sports fanatic, especially New England Patriots and Boston Red Sox. She also loves cars, especially mustangs, loves reading, softball, and gymnastics.

    Alyssa Rouse , Receptionist

    Alyssa started working at County Animal Clinic on September 13,2011. Alyssa graduated from Celina Senior High School. She has 3 older brothers, Mike, Jon and Steve. She has 5 nieces and 3 nephews, She currently is dating Carl, who she has been with for about a year.

    Alyssa has a 2 year old German Shepherd, and a year old cat named Silver.

    Alyssa's special interest is working with animals. She has always wanted to work with animals since she was a young girl. Her hobbies include playing basketball, softball and making hemp jewelery.

    Emily Link, Kennel

    Emily is from Fort Recovery, Ohio, who is currently a junior at Ft. Recovery High School. She is enrolled in the Vet Tech Program.

    She started at County Animal Clinic in July of 2011 as an Animal Care Specialist. Her parents are Dan and Cathy Link. She has a brother whose name is Matthew.

    Emily is currently undecided on which career she wants to explore. She is thinking about possibly interior design, massage therapy or respiratory therapy.

    Emily has a 10 year old black lab named Cami, a 6 year old Golden Retriever named Thomas, a 4 year old English Guinea Pig, and 2  Zebra Finch's that are 5 years old and their names are Jack and Livvie.

    Emily is active in Band, and FFA, She enjoys video games, art, photography, basketball, softball, football and volleyball.

    Emily loves to spend time with her family, friends and pets. She also plays CYO basketball, and plays the clarinet and the piano.
